Following is the Scheme of UPSC CPF Exam:- 1. written Exam:- (i) Paper-I : Numerical, data interpretation, Reasoning etc. (Multiple choice) - 250 marks (ii) Paper-II: General Studies, Essay and Comprehension - 200 marks 2.Physical/medical test:- (i) 100 mtrs,(within 16 sec. for men and 18 sec. for women) , 800 mtrs.(within 3.45min for men and 4.45 min for women) and Long Jump (3.5 mtrs for male and 3 for female) 3. The central police force exam conducted by UPSC. The age limit for this exam is 20 to 25 years on 1 August of exam year. There is 5 years relaxation in the case of ST/SC candidates.
The eligibility criteria for appearing in UPSC exam is Graduation in any stream from a recognized university. You can apply online for these examinations at www.upsconline.nic.in
Scheme of Central Police Forces Exam conducted by UPSC
Paper I :
General Ability and Intelligence � 250 Marks
The questions in this paper will be of Objective ( Multiple Answers ) Type .
Paper II :
General Studies, Essay, and Comprehension � 200 Marks
In this paper candidates will be allowed the option of writing the Essay Component in English or Hindi, but the medium of Precis Writing, and Comprehension Components will be English only.
