to appear in the combined medical services examination conducted by UPSC once in a year you need to have a look at the following points:
the eligibility criteria is-
1. Nationality: he/she must be a Indian citizen
2. Age limit: age should be below 32years as mentioned on the Avdt.
age relaxation for SC/ST of 5 years
age relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates
3. Educational qualification: should have done M.B.B.S.
for UPSC(civil services exam):
Minimum qualification is-
1. a degree holder from a recognized university or institution
2. age limit: 21years to 30 years
3. age relaxation for SC/ST and OBC candidates of 5 and 3 years respectively
3. no. of attempts: 7 for OBC and no limits for SC/ST
you can even apply for SECTION OFFICER/ STENOGRAPHER and also SPECIAL CLASS RAILWAYS APPRENTICE.

Sorry dear there are no special posts for BA(Food and Nutrition) graduates through UPSC(Union Public Service Commission).
As you are a graduate ; you are eligible for most of the UPSC exam's including the civil services exam .
So even though there is no specific post for your qualification there are still ample good opportunities through UPSC.
