You are also eligible for the upsc ias exam,
upsc only required the graduation degree in any stream with any percentage of marks.
age limit is for candiate 21 to 30 years for general category and attempt the exam only 4 time.
sc categoroy has unlimited chance age upto 35 years.
obc category has 7 chance to attempt the exam and age limit is 33 years.
there are two exam one is preliminary and other is mains.

university is approved by ugc/aicet.
two types of the exam held one is preliminary which include two paper .
in the mains exam general stluldies and optional subject exam.

Yes you have to apply for IES examination i.e. Engineering services examination. In this examination you can get the job of central govt. engineering services like central water engineering, central railway engineering etc.
Also you can apply for IAS/IPS examination in which you can get the job of Indian Administrative Service like DC Deputy Collector or DM deputy Magistrate and for IPS you can get Superintendent Of Police i.e. SP etc.
The eligibility criteria for appearing in UPSC exam is Graduation in any stream from a recognized university. But for ies exam you should have 4 years engineering degree from a recognized university.
The Age limit for UPSC exam is 21 to 30 years on 1 August of Exam Year i.e. If you are appearing in 2012 UPSC exam then your age should between 2 August 1982 to 1 August 1991.
There is five years relaxation for the SC/ST candidates.
There are two types of written examination in UPSC.
Hiii friend....first of all one thing i have to say i.e., UPSC requires only graduates there is no question about that .....in your question you did not mention which year you are studying any way ....if you are in final year then you can eligible to any exam that will be conducted by UPSC ..here you will be exempted for NDA and SCRA .....other than you should attempt any thing like IES,IPS,IAS,IFS,and CDS.....these are awaiting for you ...get it as soon as possible ....and do not worried about your percentage there is nothing to worry because no need to calculate your percentage ....any way all the best my friend..)
