    CSAT Paper 1 Syllabus

    CSAT Paper I: 200 marks; Duration: Two Hours
    1. Current events of national and international importance
    2. History of India and Indian National Movement
    3. Indian and World Geography - Physical, Social, Economic geography of India and the World.
    4. Indian Polity and Governance � Constitution, Political System, Panchayati Raj, Public Policy, Rights Issues, etc.
    5. Economic and Social Development � Sustainable Development, Poverty, Inclusion, Demographics, Social Sector Initiatives, etc.
    6. General issues on Environmental ecology, Bio-diversity and Climate Change - that do not require subject specialization
    7. General Science
    CSAT Paper 2 Syllabus

    CSAT Paper II: 200 marks; Duration: Two Hours
    1. Comprehension
    2. Interpersonal skills including communication skills
    3. Logical reasoning and analytical ability
    4. Decision making and problem solving
    5. General mental ability
    6. Basic numeracy (numbers and their relations, orders of magnitude etc.) (Class X level), Data interpretation (charts, graphs, tables, data sufficiency etc. -Class X level)
    7. English Language Comprehension skills (Class X level).
    8. Questions relating to English Language Comprehension skills of Class X level (last item in the Syllabus of Paper-II) will be tested through passages from English language only without providing Hindi translation thereof in the question paper.

    Donot worry,I am providing you the syllabus of civil services aptitude test.It is the first stage of the civil services examinations after qualify which you will be allowed to give main examinations.

    Those candidate have completed graduation in any discipline from recognized university are eligible for Civil Service exam.There is no specific marks criteria for civil service exam

    Your age should be in between 21-30years for general candidate.In

    The maximum attempts for Sc/ST candidate is Unlimited. For OBC candidate it is 7 years and for general candidate it will be 5 years.Also you must be citizen of India.

    CSAT means Civil Service Aptitude Test which is conducted by UPSC

    For this candidate must be Graduate any stream

    Age must be between 21-30 year

    Syllabus:

    It contains two papers:

    Paper-I Marks 200 : Duration 2 Hours

    *Current events of National and International Importance
    *History of Indian and Indian National Movement
    *Indian and Word Geography
    *Indian Polity and Governance
    *Economic and Social development

    *General Science

    Paper-II
