Guide me on how to start preparation for IPS exam.

Hi ,

i want to know that how to start and process for IPS exam and any type of corruption is happen for IPS (its not genuine question but i don't know any thing about this and also not able for that).please give me a guidance of start IPS exam to complete and pass it.

To Start Preparation of IPS, First you have to pass Preliminary Exam(Multi Choice Questions)

Then You have to pass main Exam(Descriptive Paper)

Then You have to clear Personal Interview.

For Preparation 9 to 12th Standard Books reading is Preferred like History, Sociology, Geography, Indian Constitution and English.

Then Daily Reading of Newspapers like The Hindu is preferred.

Regular Reading of Magazine like Chronicle is advisable.

Daily Watching of news on TV will also add new knowledge.

Dear Aspirant

There is no such exam like IPS Exam.
Recruitment of IPS Officers is done through Civil Services Exam conducted by UPSC.

So in order to become an IPS Officer you should start preparing for the Civil services Exam.

The Eligibility criteria for the exam is:
Academic qualification: A degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
Age limit: 21-30 years

And do not worry about corruption in the system. To root it out first of all qualify the Exam and get into the system.

2.read good magazines .
3.read good gk books.
4.try to increase general awareness.
5.study ncert books from class 5th till 10th.
