Hi Aspirant,

UPSC organized the exam of Central Armed police force once in a year for the recruitment of candidates at post of commandant officer in various paramilitary forces.

This exam is conducted at all India level and candidates from all over India will take part in this exam, so the competition will be tough.

Generally question ared asked from the GS , reasoning and Quantitative section.

There is also descriptive paper of essay.


Qualification required for Central Police Force exam

Candidates must have graduation degree in any stream from recognized university or its equivalent.

Final years candidates can also apply for CPF exam.

Candidates must attain the age of 20 years and not more than 25 years.

Age relaxation to eligible category

OBC + 3 years

SC/ST + 5 years

PH + 10 years

You must be Indian.


Syllabus of CPF exam

General ability and Intelligence ( 250 marks)

English and comprehension ( 150 marks)


Friend exam pattern will be tough so you have need of specific preparation to crack this exam.
