Hello Friend,
All parliamentarians have to behave as per the words of our Constitution. For e.g., a parliamentarian can't discuss anything about the conduct of a SC or HC judges in parliament except in the case where a motion for the removal of said judge is under consideration. Also, according to our Constitution, the Parliament is free to prescribe the rules of conduct of its members. If an MP provides false information to the Parliament, the Parliament can move a privilege motion against that MP. The Speaker can order removal of any MP from the Parliament wherein the marshals enter the Lok Sabha/Rajya Sabha to comply with the orders.
Thanks,
