upsc is"services under the union and the states" for public service commision of the union and the state.

use: upsc provide a strong base where u can make your future bright n serve the nation which is the highest job anywhere in the world.on the other hand it is useful for those who dont have a good family background.so friends's dnt miss to appear for d same wid great efforts.

Nationality:- The candidate must be the citizen of India to apply for the Indian Administrative Service & Indian Police Service.
Age Limit: - The candidate should be minimum 21 years of age and the maximum age is 29 years.
Educational Qualification: - The candidate should have a degree completed from any of the institutes established by an Act of Parliament or any University deemed by the University Grant Commission under section 3, Act, 1956
Number of attempts: - Every eligible candidate is allowed to attempt the Civil Services Examination four times.
