Re: What is the use of CRF stamp? why UPSC uses this?
Dear candidate
the crf stamp play an impotent role in the upsc application filling process because this stamp certified that a candidate have paid all the expenses incurred to the recruitment process and also have a valid application according to the prescribed rule of the upsc.
The upsc use this stamp to give a form a valid recognition and to meet all the expenses or paying government duties on a application form.
The crf stamp made valid application form and give it a government recognized application.

Friend,
~CRF Stamp stands for Central Recruitment Fees.It is a mode of payment of application forms for the various examinations conducted across the country.
It is used for applicants applying offline.
~They are used to get the payment of all sorts of charges incurred for the candidate, until making his appearance in the examination hall.
~These are stamps which are available in the main branches of the Post Offices, available at the Denomination of Rs 50/- and Rs 100/-.
~It can be purchased by the applicant, from the post office on the payment of Rs 50 and Rs 100,respectively,and is to be pasted on the envelope of the application form to make sure that the candidate has made the required payments.
~This system has to be used so as to avoid any illegal filling of application form and proper care of the money gained through these forms.
