The meaning of the CRF is Central Recruitment Fee stamp. Which is available in the post office?


You can get the crf ticket from any post office in the Sikkim.


The CRF ticket is available in the 50rs, 100rs and 200rs.


After paste the stamp you cancel from the post office, it is necessary otherwise the your fee is no accepted by the upsc.

CRF stands for central recruitment fee stamp. CRF stamp should not be confused with normal postage stamp.It is one of the mode for paying examination fee, when you are applying in manual mode(ie filling applications by hand and sending by post). nowadays most of the applications are filled in online, so there is easy way of paying examination fee through direct money deposit in the given bank account, use of debit or credit cards or online fund transfer through net banking.
CRF stamps will be available in all head post offices.
You can avail this CRF stamp in head post office located in Gangtok.
Depending on your exam fee, you will get the stamp in different denominations. Buy the stamp and paste it in the space provided in application form. After pasting the stamp, you have to get it cancelled from the post office in such a manner that the impression of cancellation mark should be partially overflown on the application in the space provided.
