yes you can send the nda from your village by post.
But if in any case there is no crf stamp there then you have to approach your district post office where all the stamps are available.
It should be better for you to if you not get stamp from village post office get it from the district post office and post the letter from there.
CRF stamp stands for central recruitment fees, it is a way of paying the fees for examination by purchasing stamps, and it is available in denominations of 50 and 100 in any post office in the country. Its available in all the head post offices of the country .

You can send your NDA form by post from your village post office. But the CRF Stamp will be available in the Head Post Offices only. So if Your village post office is a head post office, then You can get the CRFS.
