well if your are planning to appear IAS exam in 2015.
From now you will have one complete year.
i will suggest you join the coaching centres right now. Because you have 1.5 yrs approx.
First, Spend the first year for the completion of the subjects with practicec and the remaining .5 years dedicate totally to the IAS, solved previous years questions paper.
Attemp as many as test sreies. Evaluate yourself as many as possible.
