as upsc conduct so many exams so they all can not take in one day or even in one month for these exams date is fixed which you can get from calender of upsc exams available on upsc.gov.nic.in
for this you have to open the examination link available on this website.
there are also some exams which held biannually.
the notification of these exams you may get by subscribing your email id to upsc official website or
from the employement news paper
or may be from free job alerts.

UPSC only allows registration through Online process. It does not allow any other form of registration.
