When you open the site click on previous years question papers and select which years question paper you want then download it.
They're all free since that's a gov website.

sorry my friend nothing is free in today life.You can share the books from our friend,relatives.
if u are not eligleble to buy these books you read newspaper,magazines which are help you improve your knowledge and help in exam.

No one will gives free material for any exams.But better to contact for free materials of your Friends because they only offer you material and any help in doubt clarifications,subject wise explanations.You may join in any coaching centre to take classes on PREPARATION.They will provide Materials but for few cost taken for Classes and material.............

• CDS refers to combined defense services, the exam organised by the UPSC.
• Only the students who have completed graduation can apply for this exam.

CDS(COMBINED DEFENSE SERVICE) STUDY MATERIAL can not available for free of cost.you had to invest some money in order to get it.

you can get this in stationery shops or you can buy it from online.the thing is you should be aware of the materials name and syllabus while buying.

*books like=R.S AGGARWAL, ARIHANT, R.P VERMA, G.K PURI etc are sounds to be good.

in addition with this,you should be uptodate with current affairs,good in english grammer and solving problems.
