the qualification required for the upsc civil service exam is the graduation in any stream from the recognized university which is approved by the ugc/aicet.
The percentage of the marks is no matter for the exam. There is no matter for the private/distance/correspondence education.
But condition is that the graduation complete form the approved university.
Age limit
The age limit is for general category is 21 to 30 years. And attempt the exam 4 times.
The age limit is for obc category is 21 to 33 years (3 years relaxation). Attempt the exam 7 times.
Age limit for SC/ST category is 21 to 35 years and attempt chance till overage. Means no limit
