Dear Aspirant - For your kind help and information i would like to say it from my heart and according to my live seen practical and experience that it is your mental misunderstanding that you are differentiating the peoples according to your thoughts and no person is there in the world who born with the success in his/her life and no one ask about the destiny from GOD before they born means the success always comes to the hard workers those who have only one target to reach to the destination not to those who only think about to get the success in their dreams and do not try to reach to the goal and i have the finest solution for your query which is following :

1. Lower Class Students : Those candidates who are unable to get admission in high paying academics because they do not have enough sources and enough money to pay for the various coaching institutes but they have the desire to become something and do something in the world but when they think about their economic and financial circumstances they makes themselves satisfied in few things and sources but if any body help them about the money and try to lift them up from their base and send for education then they will definitely give you the result and will study hardly and they may get the success in vary less time.

2. Middle Class Students : Those candidates who are able to fill their everyday necessary requirements and able to study till post graduation and able to pay the fee in small level educational institutes but they are also not able to join any big and reputed coaching institute or any other educational institute because of insufficiency of money and how much they earn or they have income they spend for their survival so that a middle class student also have very huge desire to study ahead and to become something in the world and to make name and fame and if they get help from anywhere they may definitely come to the success and they know that how to use he money and how to survive in the world with few required resources.

3. Higher Class Students : Those candidates who have some more and big sources of earning and they are able to fill all their requirements easily as study in high level institutes like - IIM and AIIMS and those who can easily join any most expensive coaching institute to prepare for any competitive exams as - IIT or NIT etc. so that we can say they are able to purchase everything for the study but there are some more disadvantages in the higher class candidates and students which are as - They have a natural habit to live with brands from their childhood so that they can not survive without the huge expenses in their life and as you know that when money may make the person so money may destroy the person too so they slowly - slowly comes to the destruction in their life and when they comes to the young age they start to ask for more and more money from their parents and spend in various works and more money is also a big demerit for the candidate so they go to the parties they enjoy with the money but they do not care about the study because they have a natural habit and once made habit can never leave you so they desire for more money when they coming to grow in their age but they do not study because they know that our parents has huge number of rupees so what do we need to do something until we are getting money from our home and they destroy their life

My Experience about IITs : IIT students has a very worst culture because i have seen that in only two days in the IIT - They collect a fix number of money from everyone of IIT and bring the Alcohols in the night and destroy their life so there are very less chances for IIT students but some of them are really good and they care about their parents so they study well and reach to the success

So Finally you have understand that who can reach to the success and as for as my views are concerned that a lower and middle class students do hard work for study and they do not waste the time in any other works and they may easily qualify the tests and become officers under the UPSC board and state governments also help those candidates for State PSCs who are under SC and ST and qualify the preliminary exam of the state PSC and government provide them complete free facilities to study and to become officer under the State PSC

You should not think any thing about the classes and prepare for your study and if you are preparing for at least 15 hours everyday then no one can stop you to get the success.

Its not an issue sir anybody can higher chance for success in UPSC exams who do struggle n hard work only that student will be success in UPSC exams.........which is belongs to Middle class student, low class student or high class student....................

Well dear i should tell you that any student can crack upsc exam if he works hard and prepares for it with good.it does not matter that which level student you are.upsc exams are very long process exam so you have to maintain your calm and cool throughout the exam and do preparation for it.any student with good preparation and hard work can achieve success in this exam.best of luck

Hi buddy,you have classified students in to three groups,that's great but you really think that there is any such classification that exists when it comes to the claasfying the human beings intelligence level.You must understand one fact that whatever may be the situation,does any one have ever went to any college or school for learning intelligence or for gaining intelligence,that's rubbish,we all learn and read everything in our lifetime but have you ever heard about anything like people going to gain intelligence.The most important characteristics of a human being that he is born with intelligence only,that is a property of a human being species and as considered by everyone we have the highest level of intelligence among all the species of the world.

There is no such classification,any body can achieve anything but for all there is one single condition that is applicable,and which is that anybody will have to give his mind,body,heart and soul to achieve anything in his lifetime,that is only condition.

So it is not a point of intelligence,but the level of hard work,the man who will do it will win the race and eventually will be called as the high class students,the one will loose will be called as the low class students,so here is your classification,it is basically based on the same,irritating but very much true fact of hard wirk and iron determination.
