hey friend after intermediate one can not apply for the cdse exam as to apply one must be graduate or should be in final year of graduation and yes mbbs student can also apply for the exam you can check the details at upsc.gov.in and can fill online form at upsconline.nic.in
you cant apply for cdse as it requires a graduation degree.a mbbs student can apply for it visit www.upsconline.nic.in

OTA stands for the Officer's Training academy .It comes under the Combined defense services which is conducted by the UPSC twice every year.
Do not worry ,I am providing you all the necessary details about this entrance exam.
The basic requirement for the Officer's Training academy :
>>Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university .Final year candidates can also apply for the exam.
Sorry to say that you cannot apply for the exam at that time after passing in class 10+2 .Yes you can apply for the exam after passing bachelor's degree in medicine and surgery .
As mentioned above this exam is conducted twice every year .The forms are generally out for the exam in November for the CDS I and in July for the CDS II examinations respectively .
You can apply for the exam at the official website that is www.upsconline.nic.in.
You must be mentally and physically fit .
Both unmarried male and female candidates can apply for the exam .

i am sorry to say that you can't apply for CDSE exam for OTA after completing 12th. CDS is a graduation level exam and you have to complete your graduation. you can also apply for the exam while studying in final year of graduation. yes you can apply for CDS OTA after completing MBBS.
CDSE stands for Combined Defence Services Exam. The exam is conducted by UPSC(Union Public Services Commission). The exam is held twice in a year named as CDS-I and CDS-II for the posts in INA, IAFA, IMA and OTA.
for INA and IAFA you need B.Sc with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Engineering degree to apply for the exam. for OTA and IMA you need graduation degree in any discipline. you can also apply for the exam while studying in final year of graduation.
Age Limit:
for INA: 19 years to 22 years
for IAFA: 19 years to 23 years
for IMA: 19 years to 24 years
for OTA: 19 years to 25 years

After passing a class 12th one can apply for NDA examination not CDS examination because for CDS candidates needs to be graduate in any discipline from a recognised university.
So MBBS degree holder can apply for the CDS examination because it is treated as an graduation only.
So if you want to apply for the CDS exam then you will be only eligible for the IMA and OTA exam.
IMA stands for the indian millitary academy.
Age required to apply for the same will be 19 to 24 years.
OTA stands for the officers training academy
Age required for the same will be 19 to 25 years.
Candidate should be good in character. should not have any criminal records.
Must be indian by nationality.
Selection procedure of the examination as follows-
Written exam.
SSB interview.
Medical examination.

Friend, please note that you can apply for CDS Examination to join OTA only after graduation. After 10+2, only male candidate can apply for NDA Examination. I have noticed in the query that you are so confused regarding your career. At one time, you are planning for CDS Examination and at the other time you are suppossing to join medical profession by doing MBBS. I would like to advised in this regard. As you have shown your keen interest both in defence service and also in MBBS degree. So according to my point of view, you should do MBBS degree first of all. After completion of MBBS degree, you may apply for COMBINED MEDICAL SERVICE EXAMINATION in order to get job in defence sector, railway sector or in other government sector. WISH YOUR BRIGHT FUTURE.
