Friend, there is no any effect over candidature of the candidate, if there is any case pending in the court of his parents or any family member or any relative.UPSC Examination has nothing to do with any criminal record or any pending case of the family/parents/relatives of the candidate.Problem arises only in that case if the candidate itself has any criminal record or criminal activity or any pending case in the court. In such circumstances, candidates are summarily rejected without assigning any clearification. But in your case, the pending case in the court concern with your parents only. Pending case has no any relation with you, so there will not be any problem for you.You must apply for the UPSC Examination without any hesitation.
Hello
NO A CANDIDATE WILL NOT GET REJECTED IF HIS PARENTS HAS ANY PENDING CASES IN COURT.
A candidate can get rejected only if he is having any criminal cases registered against him.Everybody has its own identity and that is what matters,if your father is a doctor that does not mean that you can operate someone,if your father is a lawyer that does not mean you can fight cases in court, similarly if your parents are criminal then that does no mean you are a criminal.Your candidature is liable to cancelled if you are a criminal, not your parents.
