as per upsc conditions a general candidate do not attain 30years of age for civils.my date of birth is 16-06-1986,i will attain 29years for 2014civils and how many more attempts i have respectively for civils. i think i have one plz give me the correct information.

you are calculating wrong age. In 2014 you will attain 28 years not 29 years.
you can apply for UPSC Civil Services Exam in 2014 and 2015. but you can't apply for UPSC Civil Services exam in 2016. because for Civil Services exam your age should be within 21 years to 30 years on 1 August of the year of exam.

In Civil Services Exam there are 4 attempts for General, 7 attempts for OBC and there is no limit for SC/ST candidates.

for Civil Services exam you must have graduation degree and the exam is conducted by UPSC for the posts of IAS, IPS, IRS, IFS etc.

don't worry about your left attempts and just try to crack in your first attempts, If you work hard and dedicated towards your goal, then you will definitely succeed.
