Dear for your kind information that your percentage marks of class 12th will not affect your final selection for any rank in any examination because when the competitive examinations are being conducted by the board and separate personality test process is there then you do not need to worry because these tests are only conducted to find out some eligible and deserving candidates for particular posts who have good knowledge and efficiency to work in that sector that is why you should not worry and just keep your preparation continue
Selection Process of IES - Indian Engineering Service Officers
Written Examination - Objective and Conventional Type papers will be there in examination and you will have to get passing marks in each paper then only you will be called for personal interview process
Personality Test - Qualifying in this test is most necessary to become an IES Officer but remember that your final selection depends on the score that you secure in examination and interview process
You should try to score higher marks in each paper of this examination then your selection will be sure but prepare under proper guidance for both written examination and personality test because no process is easy in the recruitment of UPSC exams and you will have to show your efficiency that only you deserve for that post and to prove that you need to follow some toppers and senior officers because they have experience in being the part of this section so they may guide you well for everything and surely you will get success in examination and interview test
