It does not affect atleast the eligibility. There is no such barrier in UPSC about marks in Graduation. You need to be a graduate or in final year to be eligible for the exam.Questions maybe posed during Interview but if you answer them properly with preparation about such questions, there is no problem at all. Moreover,if your score is high in Civil services Mains,no one will bother about asking you about marks in graduation.Prepare fro the best result. All the best

Dear if you have scored only 50% marks in graduation then there is no problem because UPSC board does not ask for percentage marks in graduation or in any class for civil service examination and if you had scored only 40% passing marks in degree then also you would have considered as eligible to appear for civil service examination
Selection process has three stages and all depends on the marks you scored in the examination because scoring good marks in preliminary examination is not enough because prelims examination marks are not counted in selection procedure but you must be qualified in prelims then you have to appear for mains examination and mains examination will be conducted for 1800 marks in conventional type pattern and qualifying in all seven papers of mains examination is mandatory so you should prepare well for mains examination and try to score marks as many as possible then only your selection will be done then you have to perform well in interview process that contains 275 marks and if you qualify interview then you will become IAS Officer
All the best
Pricey in case you have obtained simply 50% marks with university there is no problem since UPSC panel doesn't want fraction marks with university or even in a different type pertaining to city services examination along with should you have had obtained simply 40% moving past marks with amount subsequently you also may have thought of as eligible to search pertaining to city services examination
Buying process offers several phases along with all hangs for the marks an individual obtained in the examination since score good marks with first examination is insufficient since prelims examination marks are usually not mentioned with collection course of action however you needs to be qualified with prelims then you've got to look pertaining to mains examination along with mains examination are going to be conducted pertaining to 1800 marks with standard sort design along with qualifying in all of the 7 documents involving mains examination is required so that you ought to get ready well pertaining to mains examination and try to score marks around achievable subsequently simply your own collection are going to be carried out then you've got in order to work with meet with method that consists of 275 marks along with in case you be eligible meet with you will turn into IAS Police officer.
It won't have an affect on at least this eligibility. There isn't a this sort of filter with UPSC regarding marks with Graduation. You require becoming a graduate student or in remaining twelve months being qualified to receive this exam.Questions perhaps presented throughout Interview although in case you answer them adequately along with getting ready regarding this sort of issues, there isn't a trouble with all. Moreover,in case your score has lots of Municipal expert services Mains, virtually no you may bother about asking regarding marks with graduation.
Prepare fro the very best result.
Certainly, an individual can put on pertaining to Municipal Companies Audit despite of 50 % marks with your graduation. Simply because pertaining to UPSC you would like simply university along with almost any percentage. Hence don't fret and simply pay attention to getting ready for that exam.
Municipal Companies Audit is completed by way of UPSC every year for that publish involving IAS,IPS,IRS etc.
