i have only 50% in my graduation am i able to give civil service exam

The eligibility for the civil services exam is;

You have done graduation in any stream from recognized university.

And your marks in the academics can not stop you for applying for the exam.

The exam is conducted in three parts;

1.Prelims and those who clear it go for

2.Mains

3.And finally Interview.

So you can apply.

It will not affect in your UPSC exam, as UPSC having its own syllabus.

UPSC eligibility criteria :

- Graduation from any govt. recognized university.
- Indian citizenship
- Age range of 21 to 30 years for open category.

men and women both can apply for the exam

so do not think about % score.focus on the entrance exam

It does not affect atleast the eligibility.There is no such barrier in UPSC about marks in Graduation.You need to be a graduate or in final year to be eligible for the exam.Questions maybe posed during Interview but if you answer them properly with preparation about such questions,there is no problem at all.Moreover,if your score is high in Civil services Mains,no one will bother about asking you about marks in graduation.Prepare fro the best result.All the best
