Civil service is conducted by UPSC every year for selection of candidate for various government services like Indian Administrative Services(IAS),Indian Police Services(IPS),Indian Foreign Services(IFS).It is one of the most prestigious examination and the minimum age limit fixed by the comission is 21 years and minimum educational qualification is graduate. So you may apply for it only when you met these requirements.
