Hi,

According to the eligibility criteria for NDA exam,students who are appearing for the NDA exam must be unmarried males. They must be atleast 16 1/2 years and not more than 19 years on January 1st or July 1st of the year subsequent to the year of the exam.

Since your D.O.B is 6/1/1995,hence you'll be 18 years old as on 1/1/2013.
As a result you fulfill the age criteria.
But make sure that you are either studying in 12th class or have passed the 12th class.

YES YOU ARE VERY MUCH APPLICABLE FOR THE NDA EXAMS.

The age limit for applying in the UPSC NDA exam is 16.5 to 19 years.

But the age should be between 16.5 to 19 years at the time of the commencement of the course.
It takes nearly 1 year time to start the course from the date of applying the exam,as there are several stages through which one need to go to get selected for the final.

Hence you should apply for the exam when your age is between 15.5 to 18 years after that your age will crossed the maximum limit.

Hi,Yes you will be eligible for NDA Stands for National Defence Academy 2013 if your D.O.B is 06-01-1995,according to your date of birth you'll be 18 years old as on 1/1/2013. And the maximum age for that exam is 19 that is way you r eligible .But make sure that you are either studying in 12th class or have passed the 12th class Good luck....

NDA stands for the National defence Academy .UPSC conducts examination twice every year for getting entry into this academy.

The age limit to be eligible for this examination is 16.5 to 19 years.

Since you are 18 years old so you are eligible for the examinations that is going to be held in 2013.

Along with age criteria ,you should also fulfill the academic requirement that is you should be 10+2 passed /appearing from a recognised board with mathematics and english as compulsory subjects.


The other criteria are:

Yes sure you are eligible for the NDA exam. Just four days leading .You can apply for the NDA exam this Year 2013 which is going to be conducted on the April 14.

The candidates must have the age limit of 16.5-19 years (Not earlier than January 2, 1995 and not later than July 1 1997.

The candidates have to full ill the some of the conditions in order to apply for the exam. You have to Indian citizen or Nepal or Bhutan .You had to complete the Intermediate from the recognized college or equivalent examination

Note :If you are from the Arts stream then you can only eligible for the Indian Army wing.

If you want to apply for the Indian Navy and Indian Air force then you have to complete the intermediate with the Mathematics and Physics. The age for the NDA exam is 16.5-19 years.

Physical standard � You have to physically fit in accordance with the as provided in the Notification. You should not have the any of the Physical defects or surgical defects.
