The age limit for applying in NDA(National Defence Academy) is 16.5 to 19 years(AT THE TIME OF COMMENCEMENT OF THE COURSE,NOT AT THE TIME OF APPLYING).
Now the bordered line clearly means that,it is necessary that your age must be as required at the time of commencement of the course,that is when the course is due to commence.
There are stages of selection for NDA
1)Written Exam.
2)SSB(Service Selection Board) interview.
3)Medical Fitness.
Now it takes nearly 1 year time to finish all the process of selection,there fore it is necessary to apply when you are between 15.5 to 18 years,so that when the course commences,your age satisfies the eligibility criteria.
Your current age is 18 years 3 months and till your selection finishes,your age will be 19 years 3 months which makes you ineligible for sure.

Yes you are eligible for National Defense Academy 2 exam if you full fill the following eligibility criteria.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR NDA II
* Candidate must have to pass class 12th examination from recognizing board.
* Candidate must have to study Physics, Chemistry , Mathematics in 10+2.
* Candidate must have to a citizen of India.
* Age of the candidate must be in between 16.5 to 19 years.
If you satisfy the above condition you are then eligible for NDA II exam.

The UPSC commences its eligibility as well as the age limit from a particular date. The UPSC conducts NDA twice in a year. The age limit for the examination is within 16.5-19 years. The NDA-I is conducted within the first half of the year whereas the NDA-II is conducted within the next half of year. The NDA-I's age limit calculates from 1st January of that year and the NDA-II's age limit calculates from 1st August of that year. I think there is some thing wrong with you birth date.
>> just check it is not more than 19 .
>> if one day is more that 19 year then it will reject your application.
>> now you have to do is check if your age is perfact and then also it will give you a problem then you can call to this borad.

Yes friend you can apply for the NDA exam if you in in age of between 16.5 to 19 years. NDA stands for the National Defense Academy exam. To apply for the NDA exam you must follow the following eligibility criteria: You must be in age of 16.5 to 19 years. No age relaxation is applicable. You should be minimum intermediate qualified. Upcoming NDA II Exam 2013 will be commenced on 11 August 2013.
And, you can appear for NDA II 2013 Exam only if your DOB lies between the mentioned range in the Notification.

However, according to the Notification of NDA Exam, only those candidates can appear in NDA Exam 2013 II whose DOB falls between 02-01-1995 and 01-07-1998.
As your DOB is 2 February 1995, so you are eligible for NDA Exam II 2013.

12th Class of 10+2 for Army and with Physics and Math for AF/Navy

the age limit for nda-2 is date of birth must lie between 2 july 1995 to 1st january 1998. and you dont fall in this condition so you are not eligible
