You can eligible for NDA Exams next years as per age limit but you didn't mention your educational qualification.
NDA exam eligibility criteria as follows.
Required Qualifications:
The candidate must be 12th passed /appeared from a govt recognized university.
The candidate must be the citizen of India.
The candidate must be medically fit.
The candidate age must be in between 16.5-19 years.
The candidate height must be minimum 157 cm.

Yes you can Eligible for NDA written exam i next year.The age should be in between 16 1/2 to 19 years.
But you must have 10+2 qualification and also unmarried candidates can apply.

You can appear for NDA I 2014 ut I do not think you will be eligible for NDA II 2014.The age limit maximum is 19years but it is for entering the academy and not applying for the exam.For your information and ease,you can check the notification of NDA I 2013 and reduce 1 year to the date of births from this year to know about the date of birth maximum for NDA I 2014.

If your date of birth is in between the 16.5-19 years next year then only you can apply for the exam. The candidates who want to apply for the NDA exam such candidates must have the age limit 16.5-19 years If you have the age limit in between the 16.5-19 years then you can apply for the exam.
In addition to this age limit you have to full fill the remaining requirement of the NDA exam. like the education, Physical standards etc.
