First of all talking about your eligibility for the exam :

see dear , as per the eligibility criterion of the NDA exam , you need to be between 16.5 to 19 year of age to be eligible to appear.

so if you satisfy the above mentioned criterion , then you can surely appear for the exam.

moreover you also need to have passed 12th or be a 12th studying candidate from a recognized board.
