Friend, as far as your height is concerned you are eligible. Only the matter of concern is that you have bodyweight of 85 kgs which looks somewhat over-weight. You have to do something to lose your body weight.To lose the body weight, you can follow the following tips:# Daily do the aerobic exercises or jogging.# You may perform certain yogic postures under the supervision of any yoga expert.# You should include low calorie food items in your diet.# Avoid fatty, spicy, oily, junk food and fast food.
