    Dear Friend,

I am sorry to say but you are not eligible for NDA examination as your eyesight does not satisfy the fitness requirements for NDA.

You will have to look for other career options available.

You may try for Engineering, Medical or any other career based on your interests and your strengths.

    Thank you.

If you have completed 12th standard from recognized board then you are applicable for NDA exam. But your age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.Only unmarried male candidate are applicable for NDA exam. You must have citizenship of India.

    Eye sight criteria-

    Indian Army :

Nowadays there are many things that you can do for rectifying the problem of your eye because there are the latest technology by which you can rectify the faulty eye.
So if you like to make your selection in the NDA examination then you need to apply for the NDA examination because if you found that your eye is having some fault then they will issue a period for you to rectify the fault so it will be better for you to apply for the same.
NDA is the basic examination to get the selection in any of the academy of the defence.
If you want to apply for the air force and navy then you need to be 12th pass in maths and physics.
If you want to be army officer then you need to have 12th pass in any stream .
Your age needs to be 16.5 to 19 years of age.
There is no age relaxation for any of the candidate in defence services so never think about that.
Only male and unmarried candidates can apply for the same.
    Girls cannot apply.
    Selection procedure is based on
    Written exam.
    SSB interview.
    Medical examination.
