NO THERE IS NO RESERVATION FOR PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED CANDIDATES,BUT IS THERE RELAXATION IN THE SOME CRITERIAS'.
The physically handicapped candidates do not get any sort of reservation, but they have some relaxation in different criteria of applying in the civil services. There is no such reserved seat for any physically handicapped, you will have to gain your seat, but you would enjoy some special treatment compare to other categories.
~The eligibility criteria for applying in the civil services(most of the) is graduation-and this is for all the categories including your one also.
~There is no minimum percentage bar for any category including your one.

~Number of attempts-4 for GC,here also you have some relaxation, you can attempt as many times for civil services, there is no restriction in the number of attempts but within the age limit.
