Sorry friend knock knee problem is not considered as disability problem in UPSC exam and you cannot get any reservation due to this.
Even knock knee problem may be the cause of your disqualification in the CAPF, CPO, Police, Military, BSF, CISF, CRPF forces.
The candidates who have knock knee problem cannot apply for the forces.
You are not eligible to apply in the exam mentioned above.
So friend you have knock knee problem you should apply for other UPSC exam like Civil Service, Indian forest Service, Indian Engineering Service, Indian Statistical service.
