yes you are eligible in giving the IPS exam because the subject of your graduation is not required in giving the examination. it�s just that you cannot chose this subject in your mains examination. there you will have to chose a different subject than this from the list of 17 available subjects. Even if your subjects at graduation are not listed as subjects available for civil services exam;
you can still appear for the exam by opting any other subject of your interest which is available.
So you should not worry regarding this.

Eligibility;-
1-You must be passed a bachelor degree from a recognized university in any stream.
2-There is no percentage requirement.
3-Age limit is 21-30 years.Age relaxation is given to reserved category students.
4-You must be Indian citizen.
5-You must be physically as well as mentally fit.
