dear frnds according to your dob your age will now 17 yrs. then offcourse you can apply for NDA 2013..Its criteria mention below:-

Eligibility Criteria:-

1. Should be 12th passed from recognized Board.
2. Age should be 16-19 yrs.
3. Should be citizen of India.
4. Except girls all boys are eligible which are applying for it.

Sorry, dear you can not apply for NDA

Only unmarried male candidate born not earlier than 2nd January 1995 and not later than 1st July, 1997 are eligible.

While your born is 1st January 1995 so you are not eligible for this examination.

Hello,yes you are elegible coz according to you age as you mention you are 18 yrs .Eligibility Criteria:-#. Should be 12th passed from recognized Board.#. You should have a maximum 19 years of age and minimum 16 1/2 years of age at thetime of appearing for NDA Examination.#.
