You are definately eligible for NDA I & II next year.
According to eligibility criteria you shoul be between 16-19 years of age and that you are. So you are definately eligible.

Yes you are eligible for NDA 2014 as you satisfy age criteria.But you have to fulfill the FULL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR NDA to appear in NDA 2014.

From your Date of Birth it is clear that your age reaches 18 at 18/12/2013.

For Being eligible for NDA 2014 your age must not exceed 19 years as on 1st January 2014.

FULL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR NDA 2014:

-> Candidate must have to pass Class XII board examination from recognized board.

-> Candidate have to study Physics,Chemistry,Mathematics in 10+2.

-> Students who are currently in Class XII can also apply for NDA.

-> Must be a citizen of India or Subject of Nepal or Bhutan.

-> Only Unmarried male candidates can appear for NDA.

-> Candidate have to Physically Fit.

Question Pattern for NDA:

-> General Ability- 600 Marks.

-> Mathematics-300 Marks.

All questions in NDA are Multiple choice type question.

Duration of Exam- 2 and Half Hour.
