OTA stands for Officer's Training Academy. OTA is one of the defence of CDS(Combined Defence Academy) & only female candidate's can join OTA. If you want to join OTA then you need to crack CDS OTA examination conduted twice in year by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission).


Eligibility Criteria for Officer's Training Academy:

• You must have completed Graduation degree course in any discipline form a recognized University.

• There is no restriction on minimum percentage of marks.

• Your Age should be in between 19 to 24 years.

The minimum educational qualification for being eligible for the OTA exams is holding a graduation degree or equivalent under a university approved by the UGC.
As the % of marks isn't specified at the upsc website,you are completely eligible to show up for the OTA exams.
Just make sure that you are a citizen of India and you fulfil the age criteria for this exams.

1. The candidate must be in good physical and mental health and free from any disease
