Two papers are questioned in CDSE(OTA).
1)English.
2)General Knowledge
Each having 100 marks each.
Out of 200 marks,generally 65-80 marks is necessary to get qualified.
Although each year the qualification marks keep on changing,but on an average 65-80 marks is necessary.
This mush is necessary only..

The acronym for CDS is Combined Defense Services.
The acronym for OTA is Officers' Training Academy.
The qualifying marks in CDS OTA examination is 60-80 marks out of 200.
CDS examination is conducted by UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) twice every year in the months of February and September as CDS-I and CDS-II respectively.
The eligibility criteria required for the CDS examination for OTA wing are prescribed as below:-
* Completion of graduation in any stream from any recognized college or university.
* Final year contenders are also eligible.
* Percentage criteria is not required.
* Age limit:- 19-25 yrs.
* Age relaxation:- Not required.
* Sex:- Both male and female.
* Marital status:- Unmarried.
* Nationality:- Indian.
* Physically and mentally fit.
