i have given class 12 from NIOS.... did i eligible for banking and UPSC exam

Yes you are eligible for the Banking exams after 12th passed from the NIOS.

But you can not apply for the UPSC exams after 12th class because the minimum qualification for UPS exams is bachelor degree from a recognized university and age limit for this is 21-30 years.
So you can apply for the banking exam after 12th.
You can apply for UPSC exams after graduation.
