You are not Eligible For IAS exam After 12th standard. IAS exam stands for Indian Administrative services which is conducted by UPSC.

currently you are not eligible of giving the IAS exam, because for giving the ias exam, you need to be a graduate first. Because the eligibility of being an IAS is that you need to be a graduate in any stream from a recognized indian university and your age should be in between 21-30 years. Therefore first you need to go and complete your graduation, and then you can apply for the IAS exam. You can also go on for the coaching of this exam along with your graduation, it will release some pressure and will help you to get good marks

Well friend you are not eligible for ias civil services exam as you are a 12th pass out student.the minimum qualification required for the ias exam is graduation.so i will suggest you to do graduation first and then apply for the civil services exam.

3. final year student can also apply.

Sorry , you can't apply for the IAS exam or the civil services exam conducted by the UPSC.
The minimum educational qualification required for the exam is "Graduate in any discipline from any recognised university in India".
