Yes, after completing the B.Tech course you are eligible to apply for the UPSC examination. The UPSC conducts many entrance examination in every year. Here i give you the details eligibility criteria for the UPSC entrance examination.
Eligibility Criteria for the UPSC Examination :-
->Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognize university.
->The age must be between 21 to 30 years at the time of examination.
Age relaxation and the reservation in the seat for the reservation category is applicable as per government rule.

candidate must have completed graduation or engineering from a recognized university.
final year appearing candiadates can also apply for the upsc exam.
age limit for upsc exam is 21 to 30 years.
candidates belonging to OBC and SC/ST category gets age relaxation of 3 years and 5 years respectively.

2. Must be an Indian .
Age limit :-
1. 21-30 year for general candidate .
2. 21-33 year for OBC candidate .
