Even final year candidates of bachelor's degree is are eligible for the Civil services examinations.

Since you have done your bachelor's degree in technology ,you are absolutely eligible for the civil services examination but only when the given age and other criteria :

General get 4 attempts whereas obc has seven attempts and sc/st has unlimited attempts.

Now let me tell you about the civil services examination pattern:

Second stage is the main examination which is held after five months of preliminary examination and you can give only when you have cleared preliminary test with following pattern:

After clearing both these stages ,you become applicable for the personal interview which is final stage.
