Re: Are BBA graduates eligible for UPSC exams?

    Dear pal,
    • The academic requirement for UPSC exam is necessary for you to be eligible for the exam. Vacancies are available for various disciplines and the educational requirement is as per the service.
    • But for most of the service the minimum educational requirement is bachelor degree. So you can apply for the exam. To do apply for IAS, IPS you require bachelor degree in any discipline.
    • But you can not apply for the Indian Engineering service, railway and also for certain others too.
    • The exam held for the selection will be to test the basics in different subject and the paper is common to all the aspirant applying for the exam.
    • You can choose discipline based on your degree only in the optional paper available in the main exam after the completion of the common aptitude exam . So with BBA you can choose your own optional subject.
