yes, you can appear the examination of IAS, UPSC, PSC, J&k examination. Because the PTU is a recognized University. The qualification for these examination is to pass or appear the final year examination in any stream at any recognized University. Best of Luck

You must be a citizen of India,
or,You must be a subject of Nepal or Bhutan,
or,You must be a Tibetan refugee settled permanently India,before 1962.
You must be 21 to 30 years of age.
However,the upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and by 3
years for OBC candidates.
YOU MUST HAVE QUALIFIED YOUR GRADUATION OR EQUIVALENT,WITH ANY SUBJECT,FROM A
RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY.
FINAL YEAR STUDENTS ARE ALSO APPLICABLE.
JUST THE PASSING PERCENTAGE IS ESSENTIAL.
