Yes as you are graduate and any graduate can apply for the exam .
The criteria for the exam is below :
-> one should done their graduation from any recognized university with minimum 60% marks for general cast , 55% for other cast .
-> A final year student can also eligible for applying the exam .
-> age limit is 21-30 for general cast , 3 years relaxion for obc , 5 years relaxion for sc/st/ex-serviceman / physically handicapped .
-> maximum 4 attempts are allowed for the general cast , 7 for obc cast and no limit for the no of attempts for the sc/st cast .
So you are eligible as per the above rules .

after complete the graduation you can apply for the civil service exam

candidate graduate from the recognized university approved by ugc/aicet.

candidate must be Indian.

candidate physical and mentally fit.

the age limit is for general category is 21 to 30 years. and attempt the exam 4 time.

the age limit is for obc category is 21 to 33 years ( 3 years relaxation ). attempt the exam 7 times.

age limit for SC/ST category is 21 to 35 years and attempt chance till overage. means unlimited

Eligibility criteria for exams conducted by upsc:

1. Candidate must have completed graduation or engineering from a recognized university .
2. candidates who appearing in final year of graduation or engineering can also apply for the upsc exams.
3. age limit for the upsc exams is 21 to 30 years.
4. age relaxation of 3 years is given to those candidates who belongs to OBC category .
5. age relaxation of 5 years is given to those candidates who belongs to sc category.

-The candidate should be pass in Graduation from a Recognized Indian university

-Final year candidates are also allowed to write the exam
