Psychology and Physiology both are fully different from each other.
Psychology is related to mental conditions while Physiology is related to physical condition of human.
Of course friend you can choose the Psychology as your optional subject in mains exam.
I will suggest you to choose the subject of your interest, so if you have interest in psychology then you can choose it.
You should also choose once engineering subject because you would be well familiar about that and keep good knowledge in that.
You can also choose the History, Geography as your optional subject.
These subject will also help you in the preparation of general science.
