Sorry friend chemical engineering graduate are not eligible for the Indian Engineering Service Exam(IES).Because IES exam have only four branches in that branches chemical Engineering is not there so your not Eligible for the IES Exam.

Seriously, some of the guys who have posted here contradict their own statements.
Just say yes or no, don't go on quoting the eligibility criteria which says only four of all are eligible.
The faq on upsc.gov.in states that "A candidate possessing a degree in Engineering in any discipline is eligible for taking Engineering Service Examination."
