Hello, You can apply for the CDS examination online at www.upsconline.nic.in There are three academies in CDS examination: I.M.A. and Officers� Training Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy There are different eligibility criteria for these different academies. 1. For I.M.A. and Officers� Training Academy- Graduation Degree from a recognized University . 2. For Indian Naval Academy : Degree in Engineering for CDSE or B.Sc. (with Physics or Mathematics) for NCC entry. 3. For Air Force Academy : Degree of a recognized University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering. through CDSE condidates are selected for NAVAL, IAF, ARMY
the condidates who qualify the written test are called for SSB in the selected department which you had given as your preference.
for this you may be graduate or appearing in final year.

CDSE stands for Combined Defence Services Exam. The exam is conducted by UPSC(Union Public Services Commission). The exam is held twice in a year named as CDS-I and CDS-II for the posts in INA, IAFA, IMA and OTA.

Indian Military Academy - You should have passed bachelor's degree in any stream to apply for this examination but your age should be minimum 19 years and maximum limit of age is 24 year
Indian Naval Academy - A degree in Engineering in any branch from a reputed institute or university and age should be between 19-22 years
Indian Air Force Academy - You should have passed bachelor's degree with mathematics and physics as compulsory subjects at graduation level or should posses a degree in engineering and age should not be less than 19 years and more than 23 years
Officers Training Academy - Graduation is necessary to apply for this examination too but your age should be between 19-25 years to apply for this examination
All those candidates who are pursuing final year of their graduation or appearing for final year examination or awaited for final year/semester result may also apply and appear for examination
There is no relaxation in upper age will be provided to you and other reserved category candidates
You are in school and want to apply for CDS AFA examination so I would say that either you complete B.Sc in Mathematics with Physics as compulsory subject or complete engineering degree then appear for examination
