My Dear Aspirant the answer for your question is here

The all details for upsc exam :

Educational Qualification: The candidate must be pass in graduation from a recognized university

Age Limit: for general 21-30 and for obc candidates 21-33

And for sc/st 21-35 and for ph candidates 21-41

And dear as you said your age is now 33 and you are now currently a government employee

As dear you can see if you are general candidate then you have no chance

But dear if you are a reserved candidate then you have chance to apply for upsc exam

    Best of luck

NO, you can't apply only RELAXATION IN AGE applies to the candidate of central civilian govt. employee by 5 years.

besides that if you lies in the SC/ST cateogory then my answer is 'YES' you can apply as there is age limit for such candidates is 21-35 years.

    Dear,

age limit for general category is 21 to 30 years. if you are belong to general category then u r not eligible for the exam.

age limit for obc category the age limit is 21 to 33 year and attempt chance 7 times. if u belong to obc category then last chance for u.

age limit for sc/st category 21 to 35 years, then you have two chance to appear in the exam.
