U are eligible for the exam. if u compete the competiiton then u got the success in the exama.
any degree is no matter for appear the exam.
candidate passed the any graduation stream.
so do not worry u start the preparation for the exam.
and continuously got updation for the www.upsc.gov.in

Dear Aspirant,
-BSc is a three-year course of Graduation,and you being a student in the final year of Information Technology,You are for sure eligible for the Civil Service exams conducted by the UPSC.However,you must fulfil the complete eligibility requirements of these exams.
:: ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ::
-You must be a citizen of India,
or,You must be a subject of Nepal or Bhutan,
or,You must be a Tibetan refugee settled permanently in India,before 1962.
-You must be 21 to 30 years of age.
However,the upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for the SC/ST candidates and by 3 years for the OBC Candidates.
-You must have completed your Graduation or Equivalent from a recognized university,with any subject.
FINAL YEAR STUDENTS ARE ALSO APPLICABLE.
-Number of attempts allowed :
For General Category : 04
For OBC candidates : 07
For SC/ST : Unlimited.
# The UPSC CIVIL SERVICE exams are conducted once in an year.It is conducted in three legs.One must qualify the preceding one,to proceed to the next.The three legs namely are :
*The Preliminary Exams.
*The Mains Exams.
*The Interviews.
# The application forms are released about in the month of mid-January and last till the first week of March.

yes my friend you can appear in UPSC exam.
UPSC requires only graduation or final year of graduation from recognise college or university with age limit 21 years to 30 years and there is no consideration of percentage.

YES, you can give the examination as it is independent of the stream,percentage, year of completion excepts few things which I am listed as follows with compelete details of the UPSC examination
UPSC can conducts the civil services examsfor( IAS,IPS) also conducts CMS,IES,CPF,CDS,IFS etc......
UPSC takes these exams every year.
IAS,IPS,IES,IFS exams can be conducts in 2 stages namely
Preliminary exam
Main examination.
After completion of preliminary exam you are eligible for Main examination.
After clearing the main examination you will be called for final interview.
Preliminary examination should consist of 2 papers.Which is conducted on objective type only.
Main examination should consist of 9 papers,it is a descriptive exam.
Eligiblity:
Education qualifications;
You have to pass your graduation in any recognized university.
Age qualifications:
Your age should in between 21-30 years.
Upper age limit will be applicable for ST/SC/OBC candidates.
No.of Permissible attempts:
4 for General candidates.
7 for OBC
