Well yes you can apply for the exam no doubt

If you have cleared your backlogs and you have passed in your graduation

As for the upsc exam civil services exam

The candidate should be pass in graduation from a recognized indian university

And also a final year student can also apply for the exam

And your age should be between 21-30

And age relaxation will be given to the obc of 3 years

And age relaxation will be given to the sc,st of 5 years

If you have the above qualification

Then you can go for the exam

You can apply for upsc exam if you have cleared your backlogs and passed in your graduation, you are eligible but make sure you are of the required age which is 21 to 30 years
