Yes friend, after completing BCA you can apply for the civil service exam because you satisfy the eligibility criteria for civil service exam.
UPSC conducts the civil service exam for the recruitment of candidates at the most reputed post of India like IAS, IPS or IRS.
This exam is conducted in once in a year at national level.
Exam pattern will be quite tough because lots of candidates apply for the civil service exam.
Here I mention the required eligibility qualification in order to apply for civil service exam.
Qualification
You must have bachelor degree in any stream from recognized university or its equivalent.
You can also apply in final year of graduation.
Age should be between 21 to 30 years for general candidates
21 to 33 years for OBC candidates
21 to 35 years for SC/ST candidates.
You must have Indian citizenship or a subject of Nepal or a subject of Bhutan.
The notification for civil service exam will be published at UPSC official website as well as employment newspaper.
You should keep checking UPSC official website to get the notification.
You can apply for the CSE through two modes of application.

You can only appear in Civil Services Exam if you satisfy the basic eligibility criteria like
Educational Qualification
The candidate must hold any degree in any discipline from any recongnized university
Final year degree students are also eligible
Degree obtained by distance education/open university is also eligible if the university is a recognized university
So will be eligible if your respective course is a degree course from a university recognized b UGC.
Age limit
General 21-30 yrs
SC/ST 21-35 yrs
PH 21-40 yrs
Number of attempts permitted
General 4
OBC 7
PH 7
SC/ST No Limit
Nationality should be Indian.
The Civil Services Exam is Conducted every year by UPSC. It has 3 stages.
1. Civil Services Preliminary Exam(CSAT)
2. Civil Services Mains Exam
3. Personal Interview.
