On the basis of your graduation marks you cannot get the government job in any department.

Good marks or percentage is helpful in the final stage when interview is held or the merit list is prepared.

Some weight age of the graduation marks is added in the marks which are got by you in the entrance exam and the interview marks.

But by this you can not get any govt job, because it is only base for entry in any examination.
